We ship internationally! ​Please verify your address is correct before placing your order and make sure it is in the right format. We send out packages within 3 days.

Customers are responsible for all customs/import/export fees/sales taxes, or any other taxes/governmental charges. Orders will not be refunded if fees are not paid. Huel Archives is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you need to make a return, please email huelarchives@gmail.com or DM on Instagram to discuss. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. You will receive a refund once the product is back in our hands, in the same condition it was sent to you. We do not reimburse for the return shipping, but do reimburse for the initial shipping, and the initial cost of the item(s). Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility and must include a tracking number. Thank you for your understanding.

Updated Duties & Shipping Fees

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. has ended the duty-free threshold of US $800.

Meaning all shipments into the U.S. are now subject to import duties, customs, and fees.

I know these extra fees are expensive and frustrating but I can't fully take them on.

The shipping to the US is padded to pay the majority of duty fees.
